Domus Keep

Home Management · Private · On-Device

Know every corner
of your home.

When was the water heater last serviced? Where's that warranty card? Is the electricity bill due this week? Domus Keep holds the answers — quietly, on your device, with no account needed.

Every item, every room

Log appliances, furniture, fixtures — anything in your home — with photos, model numbers, purchase dates, and costs.

Full service history

Log every repair, cleaning, or inspection with the date, cost, and who did the work. Build a paper trail that never gets lost.

Bills & reminders

Track recurring household bills and set alerts for due dates, warranty expirations, or scheduled maintenance — all on-device.

Why it exists

Homes are complicated.
Most people wing it.

Warranty cards in a drawer somewhere. Repair receipts you can't find when the technician asks. A vague memory of when the air filter was last changed. An overdue bill you forgot about. Domus Keep is the one place where none of that slips through.

"I can't find the warranty card."

Attach a photo of the card when you add the item. Done.

"When did we last service the AC?"

Open the item, check the maintenance log. Date, cost, technician — all there.

"I forgot the internet bill was due."

Add it once. Domus Keep reminds you before it's overdue, every month.

"The coverage might have expired."

Set the end date. Get a heads-up 30 days before. Never file a claim too late.

How it works

Four things. That's the whole app.

01

Add your items

Tap + and add anything in your home — a refrigerator, a sofa, a water pump, a ceiling fan. Give it a name, pick a room, and you're done. The rest — brand, model, serial number, purchase date, price — is optional. Fill it in when you have it.

Items are grouped by room (Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, Garage, and more) and category (Appliances, Electronics, Furniture, Fixtures). Browse your whole home in two taps, or search across everything instantly.

02

Log maintenance as it happens

Every time something gets serviced, repaired, or replaced — open the item and add a log entry. Record the type of work, the date, the cost, who did it, and any notes. Attach the receipt right there.

Over time, each item builds its own timeline. When a technician asks "when was this last cleaned?" you'll know in three seconds.

03

Track bills. Set reminders. Sleep easy.

Add your recurring household bills — electricity, water, internet, rent — and mark them paid with one tap. The next due date advances on its own. Miss nothing.

Reminders work separately: schedule annual inspections, warranty renewals, filter replacements, pest control — anything with a date. They fire as notifications even without internet, scheduled entirely on your device.

Your home data stays home.

There is no cloud. No account. No server that holds your information. Photos of your receipts, your appliance serial numbers, your repair costs — none of it leaves the device unless you decide to back it up yourself.

Export a .domuskeep backup file any time — save it to cloud storage, a USB drive, or email it to yourself. You control your own data.

What stays on your device

Item names, photos, and purchase receipts
Serial numbers and model info
Maintenance history and costs
Warranty documents you attached
Bill amounts and payment history
Reminder schedules

The only network calls: IAP purchase/restore and banner ads (Free tier). Nothing else ever leaves the device.

FAQ

Questions

Does Domus Keep need an internet connection?

Only until you remove ads. The free tier needs a connection so its banner ads can load — go offline without purchasing and you'll see a "no internet" screen until you reconnect. The one-time Remove Ads purchase drops that requirement entirely: adding items, logging maintenance, tracking bills, and setting reminders all then work with no connection at all. Reminders themselves always fire on schedule even in airplane mode, since they're scheduled on-device.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. It lives on your device. There is no Domus Keep server, no cloud sync, no account. Your item list, receipts, serial numbers, bill history — all of it stays private on the phone in your hand. Photos even get their GPS data stripped before saving.

What is a .domuskeep file?

A .domuskeep file is a complete backup of your home data — every item, log, warranty, bill, reminder, photo, and setting — packaged into one portable file. Save it wherever you like. To get your data back, just import the file. It also restores across platforms: an Android backup opens on iOS, and vice versa.

What's the difference between free and paid?

Just ads and offline access. Every feature — items, maintenance logs, warranties, bills, reminders, rooms, categories, and backup — is in the free app, with no caps. The one-time Remove Ads purchase does exactly two things: it takes the ads away and lets the app open with no connection at all. Nothing else is held back.

Is Remove Ads a subscription?

No. Pay once, own it forever. It's a standard one-time in-app purchase through Google Play or the App Store. Restore it on a new device at any time from Settings → Restore Purchase — at no extra charge.

Can I track items across multiple homes?

The current version manages one home per install. Multi-home support is on the roadmap. For now, a common workaround is to use the room and category system to logically separate spaces within a single install.

What phones does it support?

Android 8.0 and above, iOS 16 and above. That covers the vast majority of phones in use today. The app is tuned to run quickly on mid-range hardware — no heavy framework bloat, no constant network calls slowing things down.

Your home.
Finally organized.

Free to download. One-time purchase to remove ads. No account required.
